Dr. Kumar Ganesan is the Founder and Correspondent of the AIM School. Born and brought up in Chettikulam, a neighboring farming village blessed with atomic, solar, tidal, wind and other natural energies, Dr. Ganesan has an outstanding academic background with a Gold Medal from Madurai Kamaraj University, a Ph. D. in chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and five years of Postdoctoral research with a Nobel Laureate Dr. H. C. Brown in USA.

Dr. Ganesan has gained extensive knowledge and experience by working as an academician, a scientist and a technologist, by working in various colleges, universities, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries in India and USA. He has published many research articles in the international scientific journals, written many motivational essays in newspapers and magazines, penned poetry, motivational and science books, contributed motivational speeches and articles in various media. Dr. Ganesan, a master in Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP) therapy, has been counseling and inspiring students, teachers and parents.
