Date: 28.11.2025
The Grandparents Day Celebration at AIMS School was held on 28th November 2025 with great enthusiasm and active participation from grandparents and grandchildren.
The event began with grandparents and children capturing joyful moments at the specially arranged Selfie Point, creating beautiful memories together. This was followed by an emotional and creative activity titled “Palm Impression of Love”, where grandparents and grandchildren made colourful palm impressions symbolising their deep bond.
The formal programme began with a Welcome Address by Aksara of UKG, who confidently greeted the gathering. This was followed by a graceful Welcome Dance performed by the students. Grandchildren then expressed their love and respect through heartfelt speeches and a melodious song, which filled the hall with warmth and happiness.
The event continued with Grandparents sharing their thoughts, expressing gratitude and joy for being part of their grandchildren’s school journey. A meaningful skit presented by the students highlighted the value of elders and family bonding.
Our Correspondent then delivered an inspiring Address, appreciating the presence of grandparents and reinforcing the importance of moral values and intergenerational learning. As a special gesture, the school presented each family with a Photo Frame containing a picture of the grandparents and grandchildren, creating a wonderful keepsake of the day.
The programme concluded with a sincere Vote of Thanks by Laswini of UKG, followed by a lively Group Photo Session, where all members joyfully posed to capture the day’s beautiful memories.
