We celebrated Teachers’ Day and Onam on 5 September 2026 in our school with great enthusiasm and joy. The entrance of the school was beautifully decorated with an Athapookalam, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere. Students and teachers came dressed in traditional attire, adding colour and charm to the celebration. The students also expressed their love and gratitude by presenting gifts to their teachers.

Students from the four houses — Kurinji, Mullai, Marutham, and Neithal — presented a variety of programmes including dances, songs, games for teachers, dramas and other entertaining performances. The programmes were part of a house competition which brought out the enthusiasm, creativity, and teamwork of the students.

The House Captains and Vice Captains played an important role in organising and coordinating the programmes and they managed everything very well. Their leadership and teamwork contributed greatly to the success of the celebration.

The management also made the occasion special by presenting gifts to all the teachers and providing a delicious lunch for everyone.

Overall, the celebration was filled with joy, gratitude, togetherness, and wonderful memories. It was a memorable day for both teachers and students, and everyone enjoyed the festive spirit of Onam and the warmth of Teachers’ Day.
