We had an annual Avatar Sports Meet on 31 August, 2024 (Saturday) in our school. We had Dr. Subradeepan, Physical Education Director of Govt. Polytechnic College, Konam as our Chief Guest.
      The Sports Meet started with a parade led by Avatar Ambassador, Head Girl, Sports Captain and Sports Vice-Captain. Then the Chief Guest and our school dignitaries hoisted the National Flag, Mascot and Olympic Flags. Sports Vice -Captain proposed the Sports Oath.
      The Chief Guest gave a motivational speech on the importance of sportsmanship and hard work. The four Houses (Kurinji, Mullai, Marutham and Neithal) took part in different competitions, such as Running, Relay and Hurdles. We also conducted fun games for parents who actively participated and won the medals.
     Each house students performed exciting Drills and Dance. At the end, the Chief Guest distributed certificates and medals for the winners. Totally the day was filled with joy and fun.
