Avatar’s Neighborhood Reach-out Program was a lively and engaging event that brought our school and the local community together at Amman Kovil Kalaiarangam in Pottalkulam, on 5/10/2024, (Saturday). 

         The program started with a warm welcome from the Kindergarten Coordinator, setting a positive mood. The principal shared insights about the school’s goals, achievements and the importance of community participation. Next our KG children charmed everyone with their cute performance of songs, dances and the skit making is a highlight of the event.

        Refreshment (biscuits and juice) was provided to all attendees to relax and interact. We had a Fireless cooking competition for the students. The competition was a hit, with parents and students showcasing creative and healthy dishes prepared without fire. 

      We honored our special guests for their contribution to the community, adding significance to the day. Finally, the winners of the competitions were announced, and prizes were given to all contestants filling the atmosphere with excitement. 

       The event ended with a vote of thanks, appreciating everyone for their participation and support. Overall, it was a fun and successful day that strengthened the bond between our school and the community. We look forward to more meets with other neighborhoods.
