A Students Council is to provide a platform to the students to develop leadership qualities by organising and carrying out school activities and other projects.

Election for the Students Counsil was held on 29th June in our school. Students filed nominations for the various posts, such as Ambassador, Head Boy, Head Girl, Kurinji, Mullai, Marutham and Neithal House – Captains and Vice – Captains, Cultural – Captain and Vice -Captain, Sports- Captain and Vice – Captain.

Prior to the election, the contesting candidates were allowed to campaign on 27th. The election was held in SMART Pavilion in our school on 29th. The students from Grade 3 to Grade 11 casted their votes. The voting was 100% and there was zero invalid vote.

Finally the votes were counted and the most awaited results were declared by our Correspondent Dr. Kumar Ganesan.
