The Children’s Day was celebrated in our school on November 14, 2025 ( Friday) with great enthusiasm and a heartfelt participation from the teaching, non-teaching staff and students. It was well-coordinated with a perfect blend of fun and learning.
The day began with a special assembly conducted by the teachers with the morning prayer and thought for the day creating a positive and joyful beginning setting the tone for the day.
Ms. Santhiya warmly welcomed and highlighted the purpose of Children’s Day with a gratitude to the teachers for organizing the event.
The skit, performed by the lady teachers, was humorous and it kept the students entertained.
Ms. Bency shared her first year experience in our school.
Ms. Devisha conducted a game for students with great energy and the teachers identified the students from their voice.
The Principal addressed the gathering with motivation highlighting the significance of Children’s Day celebration.
Students enjoyed the second game conducted by Ms. Ahila that involved identifying the teachers by the students using their often-used sentence in the classroom creating a fun and interactive experience to all.
The gents staff presented a humorous skit that filled the hall with laughter. Their timing, expression and creativity made the play one of the highlights of the programme.
Then the teachers presented an energetic dance performance that brought excitement and joy among the students. Their enthusiasm created a lively atmosphere and showcased the strong teacher–student bond.
Our Correspondent delivered a thoughtful and encouraging message emphasising the importance of values and discipline that leads to a bright future.
A special prize distribution ceremony was held to honour our students who won prizes in the Interschool Science Exhibition at Sathyam College of Engineering and Technology. Each winner was awarded the Plaque, Certificate and Cash award given by the college inspiring all students.
The celebration concluded with sweet distribution followed by a joyful DJ session in which both the teachers and the students danced. It made the celebration a perfect conclusion to a memorable Children’s Day.
