Environment Day was celebrated in our school by kindergarten students on 28-06-2024. The main aim of the celebration is to increase the awareness with the students about the importance of the environment and the need to protect it.

Program started at 10.00 am in SMART Pavilion. Correspondent, Principal, Tamil Ganesan mam, Coordinator, KG faculty and KG students participated in the program with great enthusiasm. Our students and faculties dressed up in green. Master of ceremony, Aksha, S.T. (UKG) narrated the event. Then welcome speech was given by Master. Subhaan Ibnu Illyas. UKG students sang a special song about taking care of the Earth, followed by our LKG students performed a skit to show the importance of trees.

Then our KG teachers presented saplings to the Management as a small contribution to a greener and healthier environment. Students shared their saplings among themselves. Last but not the least, the program was ended with the vote of thanks by Proornika. K.P and Vetri Bhavithran. After that, all children had tasty and healthy sprout salad.

Children took part with great enthusiasm in art and craft activities related to environment day, thus reinforcing the concept. Environment day celebration promoted the young minds to think how to take care of the earth and make it a happy place for everyone. Overall it was a remarkable and funfilled day.
